Inspect Your Goods
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe the goods are not in accordance with your order or are defective:- Notify us in writing within 14 days of inspection with details of the issue.
- Upon request, you must allow Capral to inspect the goods at your premises.
- The goods will be treated as accepted.
- Any claim will be considered waived.
- Payment will still be required in full.
When We Accept Returns
Capral will accept the return of goods if:- The goods supplied do not conform to your order or contract;
- The goods are defective; or
- We are required by law to accept the return.
How to Request a Return
If you believe you have a valid return or claim:- Email our E-Store team at EshopCustserv@capral.com.au with
- Your order number
- Date of delivery
- Details of the issue
- Photos of the goods (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps, including inspection or return instructions.
