For Deliveries:

• Ensure ample space for a long truck to enter, offload, and exit.
• Someone must be available on site to receive the order.

You are responsible for providing:

• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Any necessary lifting equipment (e.g., forklift)

Capral cannot carry loads inside premises – delivery is kerbside only.

For Pick-up:

You must bring a suitable vehicle and ensure the safe restraint of all loads. Capral staff may refuse to load vehicles that do not meet safety guidelines.

Loads must:

• Not obstruct the driver’s view
• Be clearly flagged if overhanging (red flag required for overhangs >1200mm)
• Be properly secured per Customer Load Limit Guide

Maximum Loads

Loads cannot exceed the manufacturing/engineering SWL for the installed racks. If no SWL exists, Capral will not be able to load your vehicle.
